In order to produce your E-Letterhead we will require certain details from you. Once we have received your order we will send you a checklist detailing exactly what we require and the methods in which you can provide that information. We will always require a hard copy of your current letterhead and if possible copies of your logos electronically. Alternatively we can take logos from your website or scan from your original stationery (this method may not result in the highest quality, however).
We will send you an addressed envelope and clear details of what we require within 48 hours of receiving your order. In addition your tax invoice will be enclosed along with confirmation of your order number that must be quoted in all future correspondence.
Once we have received your remittance and all requested documents we will endeavour to deliver your Corporate Compliance package within 15 days.
