Jet-text is a fully integrated, fully interactive and highly cost effective mobile messaging service specifically developed for the airline industry.

Perhaps technical difficulties or poor weather conditions necessitate the delay or cancellation of flight departures and arrivals, jet-text (integrating with the booking engine or arrivals and departures system) allows you to communicate the changes virtually instantaneously, and importantly globally! Traditionally these kind of delays very often happen within a narrow window of the departure / arrival time, and more often than not customers are already in transit to the airport for their flight. In this scenario SMS therefore is the ONLY cost effective communications channel able to connect with hundreds if not thousands of passengers in a matter of minutes (try doing that using your call centre provider!)

New regulations for delayed and cancelled flights put the onus on airlines to prove they have contacted customers in advance, whereas previously this would have had to be done either from a call centre - at high manpower and call costs - or by email. Neither method is as immediate as texting to a personal mobile phone, and with the ability to track ‘in real time’ deliverability of messages jet-text provides a full and conclusive audit-trail for post campaign evaluation.

Jet-text can also include a CSI (customer satisfaction indicator) module allowing you to broadcast, and your customers to interactively respond to the service values they have received from you. Perhaps you already carry out email surveys to measure satisfaction levels, but the immediacy of SMS delivered personally to the customers handset, is an excellent way to gain valuable feedback on your service provision levels.
